CleanAir 4000 / 6000 / 8000
Used in processes such as:
- thermal and mechanical cutting
- welding
- grinding
- polishing
- pouring
- processing of plastics
- other bothersome industrial processes requiring air purification
CleanAir 4000 / 6000/ 8000 is a stationary unit used both in the large industrial facilities and smaller production plants. Optimally designed construction of the devices enables to achieve minimal air flow resistance. Their capacity varies from 4000 to 8000 m3/h in one module and up to 20.000 m3/h in three interconnected modules. Such high performance allows for the use of these devices for the environmental protection (extraction sleeves), push-pull ventilation system operating in a closed circuit, general ventilation system (operating in an opened circuit), as well as for the extraction system of pollutants from the thermal cutting tables.
The models CleanAir are equipped with the highest-class filter cartridges, separating the dust with effectiveness of 99,9%. Their size and surfaces are optimally selected for each device. The ergonomic mounting system saves user’s time and hardship connected with filter replacement. Each device contains the integrated expansion chamber playing the function of „spark catcher”.
The device is adapted for using the „winter-summer” air distribution system. The noise level is worth mentioning and it oscillates between 73 dB (A) from the distance of 1 m.
Health and safety at work:
- low sound level
- dust filtration: 99.9%
- expansion chamber – “spark catcher”
- protection against voltage fluctuations
Modifications:
- automatic precoating system (ASP)
- Winter/summer chamber module*
* during the heating period, the module allows for the circulation of heated, clean air inside the room, while in the summer, the heated air is directed outside.

Technical data:
PUSH- PULL
PUSH-PULL filtering systems are designed to prevent the accumulation of dusts and fumes in workplaces. One of the best solutions in the form of displacement systems of this type is the system of CleanAir company. It uses convective motion, during which the pollutants are diluted and extracted. Industrial processes heat up the air to enable the suction of pollutants through a part of the filtering system at the right height. Fumes and dusts are discharged into the filters and clean air is returned to the ventilators. An additional benefit of this type of solution is the high heat saving.
