CleanPatron
CleanPatron is a device designed for cleaning filter cartridges. The cleaning device works wherever the operation of pulse filters takes place in difficult conditions (when there is a large load of dusty air on 1 m2 of filtering surface). The device is used when the filter cartridges, due to the high dust load, have too low air flow, and the standard dust removal system is not able to clean them.
The device cleans filter cartridges with a diameter of up to Ø351 mm and a maximum length of 1200 mm. There is a possibility of its reconstruction and equipment for cleaning non-standard filter cartridges (on individual order).
CleanPatron is characterized by very low energy consumption (only 90W). To work, it requires a compressor (required pressure 0,6 MPa) and a vacuum cleaner, which is connected to the appropriate stub pipe.
Note
- The device may only be applied indoors.
The device is designed for cleaning filter cartridges from dry, non-sticky, chemically non-aggressive and non-explosive dust.
